Even Eli Manning might have to tune into this playoff preview from his couch.

Manning was the first of the three likely future Hall of Fame quarterbacks drafted in 2004 and the first of the three to retire. The other two will face off Sunday with AFC playoff seeding on the line for two teams headed in opposite directions.

Philip Rivers’ Indianapolis Colts have won five of their last six as they visit Ben Roethlisberger’s Pittsburgh Steelers, who started 11-0 but have dropped three straight. The Colts need to keep winning to keep pace atop the AFC South with the Tennessee Titans, while a loss here by the Steelers and a win by the Cleveland Browns over the Jets creates the unlikely scenario of the AFC North up for grabs in Week 17.

Opposing defenses have figured out the Steelers, who are second-to-last in the NFL in rushing and missing big passing plays. Roethlisberger is averaging a career-low 6.2 yards per pass attempt throwing to a drops-filled receiving corps that could be without tight end Eric Ebron. Rivers has 18 touchdowns and just four interceptions over his last nine games – an unlikely resurgence after he was dumped by the Chargers in the offseason.

The Cameron Heyward- and T.J. Watt-led Steelers defense gets more hype, but the Darius Leonard- and DeForest Buckner-led Colts defense is every bit as good. In that case, take the hotter quarterback.

The pick: Colts by 4-6.

Here are the other games to pick correctly in the FOX Bet contest:
