The Knicks traded back into the second round Wednesday night, then dealt the pick away again.
After drafting Minnesota center Daniel Oturu with the No. 33 pick, the Knicks sent the selection to the Clippers in exchange for a 2023 second-round pick that belongs to the Pistons, according to reports.
The Knicks entered Wednesday with the No. 38 pick, but traded it in a package with the No. 27 pick to move up to No. 23. They then turned the No. 23 pick into the No. 25 and 33 picks, drafting Kentucky guard Immanuel Quickley at No. 25 before trading away No. 33.
