The NYPD released images on Twitter Wednesday of a suspect wanted for questioning in the fatal shooting of a 31-year-old man at a Harlem block party.
The suspect, who was last seen wearing a checkered baseball cap and light blue shorts, is being sought in connection to the killing of Tamel Jackson-Breland in front of 230 West 140th St. on June 21.
Jackson-Breland, who was shot in the back, was taken to Harlem Hospital, where he died, cops said.
It was the third time Jackson-Breland was struck by gunfire, cops said.
He was in a school playground on West 111th Street in Harlem on Sept. 2, 2012, when he was shot in the left side of the head, cops said.
Two years later, on April 9, 2014, he was struck by a bullet in the shoulder at West 138th Street and Broadway, according to police.
He was arrested five times, including in 2006 for robbery and 2019 for driving without a license, police sources said.
