Amanda Kloots turns late husband Nick Cordero’s ashes into a ring

Amanda Kloots is keeping Nick Cordero close to her.

On Thursday, Kloots, 38, shared a video of a ring she had made using some of her late husband’s ashes.

“Something very special arrived yesterday,” she captioned the post. “I’m constantly amazed by the ways you can incorporate ashes to keep your person close to you.”

Kloots has been honoring the Broadway star’s memory since he passed away in July at the age of 41, following his months-long battle with coronavirus.

In October, she opened up about turning some of his ashes into a family vase

“I love that Nick is with me in many places; the ocean, a beautiful vase, an urn and now on my hand,” she wrote.

The ring features a sapphire — Cordero’s birthstone — in the center, and has his initials inscribed on the inside. Kloots eventually plans to pass the piece down to their son, Elvis Eduardo.

Kloots’ go-to jewelry designer Stephanie Gottlieb created the meaningful design.

“Nick went to Stephanie for all my jewelry, he knew I loved her designs,” the fitness instructor and future “The Talk” co-host wrote. “My wedding and engagement ring are from her so this ring is very special to me.”
